Saint Kitts and Nevis: Nevis Financial Services issues warning against unregistered persons

On June 23, 2010, the Nevis Financial Services announced that John S. Mills and Charles D M Hamilton have attempted to conduct certain business transactions using fraudulent corporate documents purported to be issued by ‘The Registrar of Companies for St. Christopher and Nevis’ and under the signature of a John S Mills who is named as Registrar. The individuals John S Mills and Charles D M Hamilton are not known to us and are not authorized to act in any capacity in the financial services industry in St. Kitts and Nevis.
