Hong Kong: Unlicensed leveraged foreign exchange trader fined

On July 13, 2010 the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission published that it charged Ms Lai Ping Yeung for indulging in unlicensed dealings in leveraged foreign exchange trading. The High Court had earlier fined Yeung $2,000 and ordered her to pay the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)’s investigation costs.
