USA: Enforcement action against Progress Bank of Florida and its principal

On August 12, 2010, the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) announced a formal enforcement action initiated against Bartow Morgan Jr. on behalf of the Brand Group Holdings Inc. and its subsidiary bank, The Brand Banking Company and, by virtue of a Written Agreement by and between, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and the Banking Commissioner of the State of Georgia.
