On November 13, 2009 the Nigeria Securities and Exchange Commission issued public notice in the matter of alleged Unauthorized Sales of Shares, Non Purchase of Shares and various other violations of the ISA 2007 and rules and regulations made pursuant thereto against Mr. Edward-Diete Koki.
