On December 14, 2010 Federal Reserve Board (FRB) published the execution of Written Agreement by and between City National Bancshares Corporation, Newark, New Jersey, a registered bank holding company, owns and controls City National Bank of New Jersey, Newark, New Jersey, and one nonbank subsidiary and Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

On June 23, 2010, the Nevis Financial Services announced that John S. Mills and Charles D M Hamilton have attempted to conduct certain business transactions using fraudulent corporate documents purported to be issued by â€˜The Registrar of Companies for St. Christopher and Nevisâ€™ and under the signature of a John S Mills who is named as Registrar. The individuals John S Mills and Charles D M Hamilton are not known to us and are not authorized to act in any capacity in the financial services industry in St. Kitts and Nevis.
