USA: FINRA bars Missouri registered representative
As published in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) disciplinary actions report for March 2012, Ronald Quinn Wilson of Lees Summit, Missouri has submitted a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent in which he was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity. Without admitting or denying the findings, Wilson consented to the described sanction and to the entry of findings that he sat for the Series 66 examination at a FINRA Test Center and was required to abide by certain FINRA Test Center Rules of Honor relating to the examination which prohibited against assistance, the use of study materials, misconduct or leaving the test center during the examination.
